Shipping And Return Policy
Domestic Shipping and Products
- Production Time: The time it takes to prepare your order varies. Factors include seasonality, product availability, and order size. Typically, it takes between 1-7 days to fulfill an order before shipping.
- Shipping Duration: Delivery times depend on your location. In the USA, expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send an email with a tracking number. Use this to check the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
- If your order hasn’t arrived within six days post-shipment, reach out to us at support@grenella.com with your details and order number.
Refund, Return, and Exchange Guidelines
Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order anytime before it has been processed and dispatched. Once shipping begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refunds
- We prioritize your satisfaction. If an item isn’t as described, or arrives damaged, a full refund is available.
- If your customer changes their mind, they can return the product for a refund, minus shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original condition, at the customer’s expense, to our warehouse.
- Refunds are not available if:
- The incorrect address was provided by the customer.
- The order is undelivered due to extraordinary circumstances outside our control (e.g., natural disasters).
Process for Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
- In case of damage or discrepancy, photo evidence must be submitted within 14 days of receipt. Approved claims will be refunded.
- If packaging is damaged but the product is intact, the customer should contact the shipping carrier directly.
- For missing orders, if tracking indicates delivery but the item wasn’t received, the customer should contact the shipping carrier. We consider orders as delivered if not reported within the given timeframe.
- To request a refund, return, or exchange, contact our Customer Support at support@grenella.com. Include any required evidence.
- After approval, return the product to 15795 Rockfield Blvd Suite G, Irvine, CA 92618, USA. Provide a tracking number for the return.
- A refund (minus shipping costs) or replacement will be processed once the return is tracked or received.
